WEST BANK, (PIC)–The Israeli occupation transferred, on Tuesday morning, the captive MP Sheikh Hassan Yousef to al-Maskoubiya interrogation center, after serving nine months held under administrative detention, the MP’s family said.
The family held the Israeli occupation fully responsible for the life and health of Sheikh Hassan, who has been held in Ofer prison and who suffers from a backache, diabetes and blood pressure amid the absence of medical care and the deliberate negligence by the occupation forces.
For their part, the Islamist MPs in Ramallah affirmed that this procedure, which is illegal as it represents a violation of the laws, reflects a Zionist clear attempt to continue detaining MP Yousef, even after the expiration of his administrative sentence which had been renewed for six additional months.
The deputies emphasized on the need for taking urgent actions to save the lives of the ill prisoners and the MP Yousef, who has been suffering from continued health deterioration and needs medical care and medicines.
