1. Ministry of National Economy reviews the achievements.
Ministry of National Economy issued a report about the achievements of 2012, in which it points out to the works that carried out by the departments of the ministry during the last six month. It cleared that it carried 1614 inspection visits to the markets in order to insure that they match the Palestinian quality specifications. They also visited 13572 facilities and seized 138 trader. On the other hand the minister issued a declaration that organize the exporting and importing process via Karam Abu Salem crossings. It cleared that this provocative decision is part of occupation authorities plans to judaization the Holy City and strip it of its Arab and Islamic identity.

3. . Ministry of Transport held a concert of Palestinian Traffic Law course.
Ministry of Transport held a concert of Palestinian Traffic Law course No (5) 2000. This course aims to train the employees and raise the efficiency of staff and improve their performance. On the other hand the ministry carried out a work shop entitled ” Activation of road safety in educational institutions” the participant recommended to train teachers so as they could teach the students about trafic safety. The general administration of vehicles engineer issued a report about its works for mid-2012 which includes many of the achievements of the first half of this year. These achievements includes the renewal of licenses of petrol stations, workshops, garages , shows of motor trade and retail of spare parts in addition to registration, renewal and transfer of ownership of engineering equipment.

4. The Head of Land Authority participates in the Sixth Arab Conference on Geographic Names.
The Head of Land Authority participates in the Sixth Arab Conference on Geographic Names which held in Amman. The head noted to the importance of forming a specialist committee of Geographic Names in Gaza like the one in West Bank. He also calls to activate this issue through the Jerusalem Committee in the Legislative Council and the competent institution in light of the fierce Israeli attack on Palestinian land and holy sites particularly in the occupied city of Jerusalem. The sixth Arab conference aims to preserve the Arabic names of places of change , conversion and removal. He also asked to activate the Palestinian membership in the Arab and International union for land survey in the light of the ongoing Israeli claims to freeze the Palestinian membership in the international union for Land survey.

5. Ministry of Religious Affairs distributes financial aids.
Ministry of Religious Affairs distributed financial aids , $100 for each poor family in all provinces with a value of %50.000 from a philanthropist from UAE. The minister noted that these aids aims to alleviate the suffering of the citizens in light of the difficult economic conditions.

Ministry of Agriculture confront foot and mouth disease as it launch (SAT2) campaign for all milk cows in Gaza. Ministry of Agriculture and Islamic Relief – Britain signed a contracts for farmers benefiting from the rehabilitation of agricultural land in the province of Gazaand funded by the Islamic Development Bank – Jeddah, in order to support affected farmers.

9. Ministry of Health follows the establishment of cardiac surgery unit at Al-shefaa hospital.
Ministry of Health received a delegation from Indonesia that came to follow up the establishment of cardiac surgery unit at Al-shefaa hospital. They visit the allocated place at surgery building in which it continues the work to complete the finishing. On the other hand the ministry signed an agreement for training in the field of physical therapy for patients with cardiac surgery with MSF, “France.”.
The agreement aims to develop the expertise of staff of CCU through a special training program to contribute to the mitigation of complications after surgery for patients with heart, the program includes training for 8 to 12 professionals working in cardiac care units by 25 days of training.

10. Ministry of Labour discussed with a delegation from the Foundation OCHA issue 14 thousand families from refugee women married to citizens.
Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs Ministry of Labour discussed with a delegation from the Foundation OCHA the iissue of 14 thousand families from refugee women married to citizens UNRWA intended to stop providing aid to them. as it prohibits more than 90 thousand people from the regular food that provide to them, in the absence of capacity of the Ministry of Social Affairs to add new cases, in addition to their right as children of refugees of aid .

11. Ministry of Woman Affairs held a number of seminars for the development of legal culture among women.
The legal department at the Ministry of Woman Affairs held a seminar entitled ” Legal literacy to Palestinian women” it aims to educate the women with its right and law. It’s a permanent campaign launched by the ministry a year a go and continues even now . it targeted more than 200 women in different disciplines and aims to educate the women on their legal rights and legitimacy.

12. Ministry of Agriculture; our agriculture production is safe , the occupation policy is selective.
Ministry of Agriculture indicated in a report in a campaign to build the nation which the Government Information Office announced that the intention of the Israeli occupation to import tomatoes from the Gaza Strip is part of its selective policy, which aims to achieve personal interests, after the rise in the prices of tomatoes. The ministry refused the Israeli’s claims that the Palestinian production of tomatoes do not subject to control.

13. Prime Minister inaugurates Maaz bin Jabal mosque demands to improve roads, “Amer Project”
Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh calls municipality of Jabalya in the northern Gaza Strip to improve roads Amer project area west of Jabaliya. This came during the opening of a mosque Maaz bin Jabal west of Jabaliya. he noted that the targeting of mosque during the aggression of 2008 – 2009 reflects that they acknowledge the great message of mosques and their role in the bombing of revolutions and the graduation of the Mujahideen, pointing out that “There is a spring for the opening of many mosques in the Gaza Strip” .

The GMO carried out visits to a number of Media institutions during Ramadan , and discussed about the Palestinian Media and ways of improvements.
