The Chair of the Pacific Islands Forum, Prime Minister of the Cook Islands, Hon. Henry Puna, will deliver the '2012 Annual Pacific Islands Forum Leaders’ Lecture with a focus on the Pacific Plan' at the Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat, in Suva, Fiji, 5.00pm-7.30 pm today, Thursday 18 October.
The lecture will be streamed live on this page from 5:00pm (Fiji Time).
The theme of the Forum Chair's lecture is: “A New Optimism – A More Dynamic Pacific Plan”.
The Annual Pacific Islands Forum Leaders’ Lecture follows on from the series of public lectures delivered by eminent Pacific Leaders with a focus on the Pacific Plan which were part of the activities to mark the 40th anniversary of the Pacific Islands Forum last year.
