Launch of Amnesty International Report 2013: State of the World’s Human Rights
The Amnesty International Annual Report 2013 will launch on Thursday 23 May 2013 at 11.01am NZST.
The State of the World’s Human Rights provides a comprehensive global overview of the state of human rights throughout the world. The 400-page report details the state of human rights in 159 countries, including entries for New Zealand, Australia, Fiji and Papua New Guinea in the Pacific region.
It reflects Amnesty International’s work to combat human rights abuses around the world and sets the agenda for tackling human rights in the year ahead.
