Assistant Secretary of State for International Organization Affairs Sheba Crocker will travel to Chicago on December 7-8 to represent the Department of State at events marking the 70th anniversary of the signing of the Convention on International Civil Aviation.
On December 8, Assistant Secretary Crocker will deliver the U.S. statement during an Extraordinary Session of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Council, and will meet with senior ICAO officials. In addition to the aviation events, Assistant Secretary Crocker will meet with members of the Chicago Council on Global Affairs.
