Economic, social and cultural rights in Gambia, Paraguay, Tajikistan: UN Committee publishes review findings
GENEVA (9 March 2015) – The UN Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (CESCR) has published its findings on Gambia, Paraguay, and Tajikistan which it examined during its session from 23 February to 6 March in Geneva.

These findings contain positive aspects of a respective State’s implementation of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ICESCR), highlight main areas of concern and detail the Committee’s recommendations for action.
