Primary
Service Fee
A Primary Service Fee is charged for
the submission of a visa application, whether the
application is sent to us via mail or courier or submitted
in-person at one of our Visa Application Centres (VACs) or
pop-up VACs.
Secondary Service
Fee
Visa applications that involve both primary
and secondary clients listed on a single application form
attract a Secondary Service Fee. This is in addition to the
Primary Service Fee and applies to each secondary applicant
included in the form.
For clients who only require services associated with the Citizenship by Decent application process and any additional document drops (not including requests made by the Australian Visa Office and beyond the one free drop included in the first Service Fee charged), the Secondary Service Fee is charged.
Biometric Fee
Clients
submitting their biometric information at one of our VACs
(facial image and 10-digit fingerprint scan), are charged a
Biometric Fee. This Biometric Fee is in addition to the
applicable Primary/Secondary Service Fee.
Please note: TTS
currently only collects biometrics on behalf of the
Australian Government in the South Pacific region, from visa
applicants who are in Fiji, New Zealand, Tonga and
Samoa.
