The Fiji Men's Netball team has won the Merlion Netball Cup at the Men's Nations Series in Singapore.
They defeated Australia Under-20 team 55-54 in the final Sunday evening, local time.
The victory wrapped up the Fijians' run at the event, where they had lost only one game, to the Australians during the round-robin competition last week.
Netball Fiji thanked the players for "their outstanding performance against a very well structured Australian" side.
"Despite trailing from the first quarter our boys fought back right in the last minute to secure the victory and claim the Merlion Cup."
Other teams that competed included New Zealand, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
