Short Forecast issued by Weather Workshop valid to midnight Tomorrow:
The north and west of the North Island from Northland to Wellington, also for the central plateau and Bay of Plenty: Showers developing in most places by the end of the day. Showery at first tomorrow then a gradual clearance from the south and west.
Gisborne to Wairarapa: Fine today and at first tomorrow then some brief rain.
Nelson and the west coast of the South Island: Rain becoming widespread today with a few heavy falls expected. Conditions easing to showers south of the glaciers tonight. Tomorrow skies clearing but cloud returning towards evening about Fiordland.
Marlborough and Canterbury: Rain developing in the Alps today, elsewhere mainly fine. Tomorrow brief early rain.
Otago and Southland: Rain about the western ranges spreading east later today and at first tomorrow then gradually becoming fine.
Chatham Islands: Cloudy periods.
