Conditions
Motorists are advised to drive with caution
along Tamaki Drive and around the Ngapipi Rd intersection.
Adverse weather conditions including high tide is causing
the sea to break over the causeway.
Vehicles are driving
on the wrong side of the road to avoid the waves and traffic
was backed up.
