BNZ has raised over $440,000 for their Red Cross Canterbury Earthquake Appeal account in addition to the $1 million dollars the bank has pledged to help the people impacted by the Christchurch Earthquake.

Customers, staff and the general public who want to help the people of Christchurch can make a donation at any BNZ store or online;

Seven BNZ stores within the Christchurch area are open today;
• Upper Riccarton 09:00 to 16:30
• Rolleston 09:00 to 16:30
• Rangiora 09:00 to 16:30
• Papanui 10:00 to 16:30
• Leeston 09:00 to 16:00
• Kaiapoi 09:00 to 16:30
• Akaroa 10:00 to 16:00

In addition to these seven stores, two more stores will be open for business on Monday subject to any aftershocks that may occur over the weekend;
• Riccarton
• Hornby
No BNZ stores within the Christchurch Region will be open on Saturday and Sunday. Customers who require banking services on Saturday are encouraged to go to the BNZ Ashburton Store which will be open from 10am til 2pm.
