If you were missing out on costumed tomfoolery after the Wellington Sevens, Civic Square was the place to be on Sunday.
Perilous mixed outdoor circus performances, music and clowning with free workshops in everything from trapeze to unicycling to juggling.
Scoop was there.
At least, Scoop was there until the batteries on Scoop's camera ran out, which annoyed Scoop mightily, Scoop can tell you.
