Labour Saddened By Death Of Nine In Fox Glacier
Labour Leader Phil Goff today sent his condolences to the family and friends of the nine people who lost their lives in a plane crash in Fox Glacier.
“The Fox Glacier community is a small one and this tragedy will have been felt by all those in the tourist town,” Phil Goff said.
“My heartfelt condolences go out to all those who have been affected. This tragedy has left nine families wondering what happened and I hope they receive those answers quickly.
“This is an accident that will have sent shockwaves not only through the small town of Fox Glacier but also through the entire, skydiving and tourist industries,” Phil Goff said.
