Changes To Access Layout For Churchill Street
Changes To Access Layout For Churchill Street
Transit New Zealand would like to advise motorists that from Wednesday 23 October until the end of the year, the access layout from Stanley Street to Churchill Street will be altered.
Motorists wishing to access Churchill Street will no longer be able to use the slip lane but are instead requested to follow a clearly signposted route turning through a ‘chicane’ from Stanley Street. Delays are expected along Stanley Street and motorists are advised to consider alternative routes.
The layout change is required to allow another section of the Auckland City Council’s stormwater pipeline to be constructed.
This work is part of the Grafton Gully Project.
Transit apologises for any inconvenience and thanks motorists in advance for their co-operation.
Members of the public who would like further information about the project schedule or other project information are invited to visit the public information centre at the corner of Stanley St & Alten Rd or phone 0800 TOFREEFLOW (0800 863 733).
