Temporary Works at Lower Domain Drive
Temporary Works at Lower Domain Drive
Transit New Zealand would like to advise motorists that from Wednesday 6 November until Saturday 9 November 2002 there will be restrictions at Lower Domain Drive and parts of Stanley Street. These works are part of the Grafton Gully Project.
During this time Stanley Street will be narrowed to one lane in each direction at the intersection with Lower Domain Drive. Turning right into and out of Lower Domain Drive from Stanley Street will not be possible. It will still be possible to turn left in and out of Lower Domain Drive. The restrictions are to allow for work to be carried out on Stanley Street including the installation of a 2.1m diameter Stormwater pipe.
All detours will be clearly signposted and motorists are requested to use alternative routes.
In the event of bad weather, the work programme may extend.
Transit would like to thank motorists in advance for their cooperation.
Members of the public who would like further information about the project are invited to visit the public information centre at the corner of Stanley St & Alten Rd or phone 0800 ToFreeflow (0800 863 733).
