Lower Domain Drive closed for one week
Lower Domain Drive closed for one week
Transit New Zealand advises that work on a stormwater pipeline and its associated stormwater chamber on Stanley Street requires the closure of Lower Domain Drive from Monday 12 May until Monday 19 May.
During this time there will be no access
to Stanley Street from Lower Domain Drive
to Lower Domain Drive from Stanley Street
Signage within the Domain will inform motorists of the closure.
Left turn access from Lower Domain Drive into Stanley Street will reopen from Monday 19 May. However, to allow the completion of the stormwater works, access to Lower Domain Drive from Stanley Street will remain closed. The left turn access into Lower Domain Drive will reopen in July and the right turn access will reopen in September.
Road users are requested, where possible, to use alternative routes during closures. Traffic management will be in place at all times to direct traffic.
Any changes to the start date, or duration of the full closure, will be notified via signage in the area.
