Avondale Roskill Ward
-------------------------------
City Councillors

Paul Davie
Linda Leighton

“When I became chairman, I stated that it was my goal to unify the centre-right. Today’s announcement is the proof of our success in doing so,” said John Slater, Chairman of the Joint Executive.

“In Mt Roskill and Avondale wards, we are pleased to put forward a team that blends experience and youth. While David Hay will be missed, I am pleased to see the Raffills family continue their historic service with the ward. This team will serve their communities well," said Mr Slater

"Our ticket is offering the strongest team for the ARC in at least a generation. We have put forward an extra-ordinarily experienced team that will drive the ARC forward and end the political gridlock they have experienced in recent years. I have no doubt that voters will be impressed by the cailbre of this team”, said Mr Slater.
