Get on your bike!
Get on your bike!
"Get on your bike to avoid traffic congestion," is the advice from Cycle Aware Wellington.
Many roads will be closed in central Wellington tomorrow for the Burial of the Unknown Warrior at the National War Memorial.
"Police are advising commuters to leave the car at home tomorrow," says spokesman Patrick Morgan. "Our advice is that this will be an ideal day to get on your bike."
"Not having to wait in traffic is only one of the benefits of cycling. It's also non-polluting, healthy, and best of all, it's loads of fun." says Mr Morgan.
