Treasure Island holiday programme an adventure in the great outdoors

Discover Auckland’s ‘Treasure Island’ these school holidays when you visit Motutapu Outdoor Education Camp for the ultimate holiday programme.

Registrations are now open for the ‘Treasure Island’ holiday camp from Tuesday 26 April – Friday 29 April for 8-14 year olds to experience a four-day adventure in the Hauraki Gulf Marine Park.

Motutapu Outdoor Education Camp offers an exciting action packed week full of outdoor challenges and adventures including: a survivor challenge programme high ropes a climbing wall beach games kayaking, and snorkelling.

Motutapu Island lies north east of Rangitoto and is a short ferry trip from downtown Auckland. The week long camp will give children an opportunity to grow confidence in the outdoors, learn about the re-vegetation programme on the island and develop team building, goal setting and water safety skills in a natural environment.

This holiday programme, led by qualified camp leaders and outdoor instructors, is suitable for all children. Especially those who have a love for the outdoors or want to learn more about self reliance and caring for the environment.

Discover your own treasure on this beautiful island. Cost: $195 including return ferry tickets, food, accommodation and all adventures.
