Busway traffic bulletin: Saturday 18 February to Friday 24 February
Transit New Zealand advises motorists of proposed closures for work on the Northern Busway and Esmonde Interchange upgrade over the next week.
Sunday 19 to Wednesday 22 February – CLOSED – overnight from 10pm until 5am the following morning:
- Tristram Ave off-ramp (SH1 southbound)
Monday 20 and Tuesday 21 February – CLOSED – overnight from 9pm until 5am the following morning:
- Esmonde Rd off-ramp (SH1 northbound)
- Akoranga Drive eastbound link to Esmonde Rd.
- Esmonde Rd on-ramp (SH1 southbound)
Monday 20 February – CLOSED – overnight from 9pm until 5am on Tuesday:
- Akoranga Drive westbound link from Esmonde Rd off-ramp (SH1 northbound)
Tuesday 21 to Thursday 23 February – CLOSED – overnight from 9pm until 5am the following morning:
- Tristram Ave on-ramp (SH1 southbound)
Road users are requested to follow the signposted detours while the closures are in operation.
Transit New Zealand regrets any inconvenience caused.
In the event of inclement weather, the closures will be postponed to the next fine night.
