Busway Traffic Bulletin: Saturday 4 March to Friday 10 March
Transit New Zealand advises motorists of proposed closures for work on the Northern Busway and Esmonde Interchange upgrade over the next week.
Sunday 5 March – CLOSED – overnight from 10.30pm until 5am
on Monday:
· All SH1 motorway lanes southbound
between Tristram Ave off-ramp and Northcote Rd on-ramp
(weather permitting) for lane remarking.
· If unforeseen
circumstances prevent work at this time, work will be
carried out on Monday 6 March.
Tuesday 7 and
Wednesday 8 March – CLOSED – overnight from 10pm until 5am
the following morning:
· All SH1 motorway lanes
southbound between Constellation Drive off-ramp and Tristram
Ave on-ramp (weather permitting) for barrier placement.
Road users are requested to follow the signposted detours while the closures are in operation.
Transit New Zealand regrets any inconvenience caused.
In the event of inclement weather, the closures will be postponed to the next fine night.
