Dr Hu on goodwill visit

Taichung Mayor Jason Hu pays a goodwill visit to North Shore City this week.

Dr Hu leads the delegation from the island of Taiwan which will stay at Takapuna’s Spencer on Byron Hotel.

North Shore City Mayor George Wood will welcome his mayoral counterpart on Monday (September 4) and host a civic reception two days later.

During an action-packed itinerary, the sister city delegation will visit:
o an art exhibition and piano recital at St George’s Presbyterian Church, Takapuna;
o Massey University’s e-centre, Albany;
o the Corelli School of Arts, Browns Bay;
o the Millennium Institute of Sport and Health, Mairangi Bay
o Rangitoto College; and
o The Auckland War Memorial Museum.
