Papua New Guinea flag to fly on Auckland Harbour Bridge
The flag of Papua New Guinea will fly from Auckland Harbour Bridge tomorrow, Saturday 16 September, in recognition of the Papua New Guinea Independence Day. The flag will be flown from 6:30am until 6:30pm.
Transit considers requests from nations wanting to commemorate their country’s national days. Recently the Macedonian, Brazilian and Slovak Republic flags have all flown on the bridge.
