Justice Pankhurst in the Christchurch High Court has at this stage declined to grant interim injunctions that would gag the Save Happy Valley Coalition's satirical Environment Report on Solid Energy.
"The report can be freely used and distributed," said Save Happy Valley Coalition spokesperson Frances Mountier.
The mock Environment Report, which follows Solid Energy layout but is clearly written by the Coalition, has been widely distributed electronically since yesterday. The Coalition aims to provide a light-hearted critique of some very serious impacts Solid Energy is having locally and globally
