Thomas to stand for Hutt Mayoralty
Rosemarie Thomas has announced today that she will be standing for the Mayoralty of Hutt City.
Rosemarie Thomas was recently approached by numerous key people in Lower Hutt to stand for Mayor due to the increasingly apparent leadership vacuum in the City.
Rosemarie Thomas said her leadership would be inclusive and progressive. She would be standing on a platform that would support Family, local Communities and Business.
Rosemarie represented the Hutt on the Regional Council from 1998 to 2004 and has run her own business in Lower Hutt since 1991.
