North Shore City Council is one of New Zealand’s first councils to provide property files online.
North Shore City’s chief information officer, Tony Rogers, says customers can now order, pay and receive their property files online.
“Converting at least 200,000 of the city’s property files into a digital format is a great advantage for our customers. It is a more convenient service as people will no longer need to come into a council office to order files.
“We’re planning to put as many services online as possible to deliver a more efficient service to our community,” he says.
