Sunday 20 – Thursday 24 July
Transit New Zealand advises motorists of the following upcoming closure for work on the Northern Motorway (SH1):
Sunday 20 July -
Thursday 24 July
• All motorway lanes southbound
between Northcote Rd and Onewa Rd closed between 10pm and
5am for bridge works.
Northcote Rd southbound on-ramp and Esmonde Rd southbound on-ramp will also be closed.
Detour via Northcote Rd and Lake Rd to Onewa Rd southbound on-ramp.
Motorists are advised to follow the signposted detours while the closure is in place. Transit New Zealand regrets any inconvenience caused.
