Overnight motorway closures 15 – 19 February 2009

 
The NZ Transport Agency advises of the following closures for motorway improvements and maintenance. Closures start at 9pm and finish at 5am, unless otherwise stated. Work delayed by bad weather will be completed on or before the contingency date.
 

NORTHERN MOTORWAY (SH1)

·         Onewa Road northbound on-ramp 15 – 18 February (10pm – 5am)

·         Southbound lanes between Esmonde Road off-ramp and Onewa Road on-ramp 15 – 19 February (10.30pm – 5am)

·         Esmonde Road southbound on-ramp 15 – 19 February (10pm – 5am)

Contingency: 22 February

 
·         Oteha Valley Road southbound on-ramp 17 February

·         Upper Harbour Highway northbound on-ramp 15 February

Contingency: 13 March
 

AUCKLAND HARBOUR BRIDGE (SH1)

·         Curran Street on-ramp and Auckland Harbour Bridge lanes one and two northbound 15 – 19 February (7pm – 5.30am)

 
CENTRAL MOTORWAY JUNCTION (SH1)

·         SH1 to Port link southbound 17 February

·         Port to SH1 southbound 15 – 19 February

·         Wellesley Street northbound off-ramp 15 – 19 February

SOUTHERN MOTORWAY (SH1)

·         Southbound lanes between Te Irirangi Drive off-ramp and Takanini on-ramp (9.30am – 5am) 15 February

·         Southbound lanes between Takanini off-ramp and Takanini on-ramp 16 – 18 February

·         Northbound lanes between Takanini off-ramp and Hill Road on-ramp 19 February

·         Mt Wellington southbound off-ramp 15 – 16 February

·         Beaver Road northbound off-ramp 16 & 18 February 

·         Beaver Road northbound on-ramp 17 & 18 February

·         Mt Wellington northbound on-ramp 17 February

·         South Eastern Highway northbound on-ramp 17 February

·         Gillies Avenue southbound off-ramp 19 February

 NORTHWESTERN MOTORWAY (SH16)

·         Great North Road westbound off-ramp 15 – 17 February

·         Newton Road eastbound off-ramp 17 – 18 February

·         Lincoln Road eastbound on-ramp 15 – 17 February

·         Royal Road eastbound on-ramp 18 – 19 February

·         Te Atatu Road eastbound on-ramp 19 February

·         Great North Road eastbound on-ramp 15 February

Contingency: 13 March
 

SOUTHWESTERN MOTORWAY (SH20)

·         Northbound lanes between Puhinui Road off-ramp and Massey Road on-ramp 17 February

·         Northbound lanes between Neilson Street off-ramp and Hillsborough Road 15 – 19 February (including Neilson Street off-ramp)

·         Southbound lanes between Neilson Street off-ramp and Neilson Street on-ramp 15 – 19 February

·         Coronation Road northbound on-ramp 15 – 19 February
