Nominations are in for Eden/Albert Community Board
Five candidates have been nominated for the
Eden/Albert Community Board by-election, which is due to be
held on Thursday, 9 April following the resignation of
sitting member, Elinor Harvey in January.
The candidates are:
BOYS, Peter (Eden/Albert

BRETHERTON, Tom
(Independent)
COOKE, Julie (Citizens
& Ratepayers)
DEMLER, Bob (Focus
Eden Albert)
MITCHELL, Simon (City Vision)
A postal ballot to the 49,000 Eden/Albert community electors will commence on 18 March when voting documents are delivered.
Voting documents can be returned by post or hand delivered to the electoral office, Independent Election Services Limited, ground floor, Bledisloe House, 24 Wellesley Street West, from Wednesday, 18 March.
The electoral office must receive all votes by noon, Thursday, 9 April. A person can apply to enrol as either a residential or ratepayer elector up to and including Wednesday, 8 April – the day before the close of voting.
