Opening of Home And Family Counselling Rooms

Opening of Home And Family Counselling Becroft Community Rooms

Long standing benefactors David and Genevieve Becroft are being recognized in the naming of the Home and Family Counselling Becroft Community rooms.

David and Geneveive have been loyal supporters of Home and Family Counselling since the opening of its North Shore office in 2003. They have hosted several fundraising events and also made significant donations over the years which has provided much needed counselling to the North Shore community.

Home and Family Counselling have refurbished rooms in their new premises at 2a Seaview Avenue, Northcote, expanding to accommodate family meetings, training etc not only for their clients and staff needs but as a community resource for other agencies. As well as a main conference room, there is another room available for break-out sessions along with kitchen and toilet facilities with wheelchair access. The rooms also have their own entrance providing privacy.

We are pleased to have received financial assistance from the NZ Lottery Grants Board, the ASB Community Trust, Hugh Green Trust as well as the Becroft Foundation to convert this space to a facility that will benefit the community.

Genevieve Becroft will officially launch these rooms on February 25th at 4.00 pm.

The rooms are available for hire. For information about the rates or to view the facility, please call 419 9853 during office hours.
