Tim Taylor’s Round NZ Solo Kayak Paddle

Taylor will begin his epic paddle on Saturday 27th November
at 2pm – aiming to complete the first solo, continuous sea
kayak voyage around New Zealand.
Tim will leave at 2pm from Waimarino Adventure Park in Tauranga, which is hosting a leaving party for him. Tauranga Mayor Stuart Crosby will be among those attending.
Tim will paddle off after a brief farewell speech at 2pm, escorted by many kayakers and official craft such as the Harbourmaster’s boat. His first stop heading for East Cape will be Pukehina.
