Auckland Council and Local Board meeting schedules, agendas and minutes are now available through the Auckland Council website.
Auckland Council minutes and agendas are often quite large documents containing a wealth of information.
Posting this information to the Council website ensures that the public has easy and convenient access to important documentation, and is yet another way of enhancing transparency in Council business. It is also a much cheaper and environmentally friendly use of ratepayers’ money.
Journalists and members of the public are encouraged to source these documents online.
For your convenience, a printed copy of agendas and minutes are also available at your local library. (Hard copies of these documents are now available only on request to cecily.dower@aucklandcouncil.govt.nz )
