Canterbury University Earthquake Update
There has been a significant aftershock in the Canterbury region today
University of Canterbury students and staff are being marshalled on Ilam Field and the arts car park. NZi3 on Crekye Rd has been established as a welfare and information centre for those needing assistance.
The University of Canterbury Health Centre is open with two doctors present. Those who can leave the campus by foot and are confident to do so, should leave.
Those who can leave by car should be aware there is significant congestion on the streets around campus. The campus is closed until further notice.
