AXA support for customers affected by Christchurch earthquake
AXA New Zealand has set up a special team to help customers who have been affected by the Christchurch earthquake.
Policyholders who need to speak to AXA about making special payment arrangements, replacing lost policy documents or to make a claim should speak to their adviser or call us on 0800 275 292. Our customer service team is available 24 hours a day until further notice.
AXA Chief Executive Ralph Stewart says the company is exploring every opportunity to help its policyholders directly affected by the earthquake.
“We’d like to assure our customers that AXA is committed to doing whatever we can to help you recover and ensure that worries about your insurance or investments do not add to your concerns at such a difficult time,” Mr Stewart says.
AXA is making corporate and staff donations to support the relief and reconstruction.
For further information, customers should call 0800 275 292 or visit www.axa.co.nz
