winners in Whakatane, Whanganui and Christchurch will gain a
welcome boost to their bank accounts after winning $333,333
tonight, says NZ Lotteries’ Chief Executive Todd
McLeay.
Tonight’s winning tickets were purchased at the Halfway Store in Whakatane, St John’s Foodmarket in Whanganui and Fendalton New World in Christchurch.
Lotto Powerball has jackpotted tonight and will be worth a whopping $22 million next week.
“It’s not often that players get the opportunity to play for a jackpot this big as it’s only the fourth time Powerball has reached the $22 million mark ,” says Mr McLeay.
Strike Four was not struck tonight and has jackpotted to $500,000 next week.
Meanwhile, Graham and Jo from Dannevirke, spun and won $100,000 on the Winning Wheel at the live draw in Wellington this evening.
Tonight’s Winning Wheel ticket was bought at Graham’s Paper Plus in Tokoroa. The serial number is 021-53603080-20XX.
Anyone who bought their ticket from any of the above winning stores should write their name on the back of the ticket and check it immediately at any Lotto outlet
