Council seeks bright sparks for
night market
Hutt City Council is seeking
expressions of interest from potential market operators for
a proposed CBD night market starting in September
2011.
The proposed market will be in southern High Street and Andrews Avenue and is set to create a regular community event and meeting place for our community and spin-offs for local retailers and customers alike.
“We’re looking for bright sparks to help create another Hutt institution,” says Hutt City Council Development Services General Manager, Kim Kelly.
“We are looking for organisations and individuals with the right mix of commercial and promotion experience.
“We’d really like to hear from anyone already involved or experienced in operating markets and public street events.”
