New Zealand Post Christchurch Services Update
The majority of New Zealand Post services will have resumed in Christchurch from tomorrow (15 June).
Mail / Couriers
The Mail Processing Centre resumed operation today and postal deliveries were made where access and safety permitted. Postal deliveries will continue tomorrow.
CourierPost and Pace courier services are operating as normal subject to access and safety.
PostShop Kiwibank stores
All PostShop Kiwibank stores with the exception of the store in Eastgate Mall will be open from 15 June following assessments of buildings and IT systems. The Eastgate store has suffered damage and may be closed for some days.
Most of the stores re-opening will be operational from 8:30am. However the following stores will have later opening times to allow for completion of clean-up and IT checks;
Merivale (opening at 9am)
Northwood (9am)
Woolston (midday)
