The NZ Transport Agency advises that road crews have re-opened the following sections of state highway this morning:

Taihape to Waiouru
• SH49 Waiouru to
Ohakune
• SH2 Nuhaka To Gisborne
•
SH2 Rimutaka Hill
• SH87 Outram To
Middlemarch
Road surfaces in many places remain icy and caution is advised.
Current remaining weather-related state highway closures are:
• SH1 Waiouru to
Rangipo
• SH35 Waipiro
• SH 85
Palmerston To Kyeburn
