This August, New Zealand will be made equal
Legalise Love, a movement designed to create equality for all New Zealanders, will launch on Monday the 22nd of August.
Designed to bring people together from across the nation, Legalise Love will be asking New Zealanders to get involved, speak their minds, and come together to bring about change.
Legislative inequality facing non-heterosexual New Zealanders will be a key issue for the campaign.
As a nation at the forefront of global equality and human rights, we need to step forward, take a leading role, and show the world how it’s done.
Heavily based in social media, New Zealanders will be asked to watch Facebook, Twitter, and the rest of the cyber world, as Legalise Love takes to the stage.
Expect more. Expect change. Expect to Legalise Love. Coming, 22nd of August, 2011.
