Paremata School Gala – Divas Delight!
Paremata School Gala – Divas Delight!
Retro is the ‘new black’ and never more so with the extraordinary talents of Wellington based band Retro Divas, who will be performing at the Paremata School Gala on October 29th, 11am to 3pm.
Jessica Clough, Kylee Martin and Steph Dyhrberg have been wowing audiences with their 1960’s fever music. Upon popular requests, they have also been extending their repertoire into the 70’s and 80’s.
Jessica says that the secret to their success is the simple fact that they love performing, “all three of us are professional working mums”. “For us the Divas are our chance to express ourselves and of course entertain”.
As well as top class entertainment from the Retro Divas, you are invited to meet the animals at the mobile farm petting zoo, eat well in the food hall, defy fear on the 7 m high inflatable slide, buy sweets, jewellery, plants, books, quality second hand clothes and toys, try your luck on a raffle, silent auction or spin the wheel for a prize pack. Funds raised from the Paremata School Gala will be used for the development of natural outdoor spaces and educational materials.
So come along and enjoy the fun of the iconic Paremata School Gala, you will be so glad that you did!
