Environment Court Decision
Port
of Tauranga is pleased to advise that the Environment Court
released its decision yesterday and recommends to the
Minister of Conservation that the consent to dredge be
granted.
Final consent conditions are still to be drafted
and approved by the Court. We would expect that this process
will be complete early in the New
Year.
