An Online Petition To Change The Name Of New Zealand To Aotearoa
An online petition, at Petition Online N.Z., has been launched this week to collect signatures for changing our countries name from N.Z. to Aotearoa.
This initiative has been undertaken by John Raven, of the Vortrovia Centre Project, which is based in Christchurch.
Members of Vortrovia are also in the process of rebranding this project and organizing a new grass roots political party, to further their views, aims and long term vision, for the radical transformation of Aotearoa/New Zealand.
