Emergency works to be
undertaken on SH2 between Kairua Road and Domain Road Papapa

Motorists planning to travel along
State Highway 2 from Domain Road, Papamoa to Kairua Road are
advised to expect delays as emergency works needs to be
undertaken to repair cracks to the road as a result of the
heavy rain last night.
The NZTA says a diversion will be in place on both lanes around the area where the road will be repaired and a speed restriction of 50km/h will be in place along Domain Road and Kairua Road.
Motorists are encouraged to use alternative routes where possible, while the emergency works is being undertaken today and possibly overnight to complete the work.
