NZ Transport Agency – Auckland Motorways
Closure of Papakura
Southbound On & Off Ramp
The NZ Transport
Agency advises drivers that the Papakura
Southbound on and off-ramps on Auckland’s
Southern Motorway (State Highway 1) will be
closed tonight, Friday 17 August,
for necessary pavement repair work as part of the Papakura
interchange upgrade.
To minimise disruption to drivers, the NZTA will carry out repairs between 9pm and 5am when traffic is at its lightest. The NZTA asks drivers to follow the signposted detour routes.
Northbound on and off-ramps are not affected by the closure.
The NZTA thanks drivers for their patience and apologises for any inconvenience while this work is carried out.
