Community hui: Thriving Communities
You are invited to a community hui: Thriving
Communities – what should Auckland Council do to support
your community?
This workshop is for disabled people, their family, whanau and supporters.
Come along to tell Auckland Council how they can make it easier for disabled people to be involved in our communities.
It is our chance to have a say about what happens in Auckland and how Council can support Community Development.
The Council Disability Strategic Advisory Group will come along to talk about the work they do and how you can support them.
Tania Pouwhare who wrote the discussion paper will tell us about the things that Council wants to ask us and then we will all have a chance to talk about our ideas and experiences.
