Pacific Flavoured Businesses – It’s Your Time To Shine
Calling all businesses with a Pacific presence that are successfully selling new innovative and quality Pacific products and produce, as well as food and beverage providers and Pacific performers. The Pacific Showcase is looking for products, groups and individuals to be involved in the 2013 Pacific Showcase launching on February 2nd 2013.
Building on the stunning success of the inaugural Pacific Showcase in September 2011 at The Cloud on Auckland’s glittering waterfront, which attracted over 38,000 visitors over three days, the Pacific Cooperation Foundation, in partnership with local and regional businesses, will stage Saturday Showcases on Auckland’s waterfront on five Saturdays during February and March in 2013.
This is your chance to bring your business to a New Zealand audience, and showcase your offering at a uniquely Pacific event.
The Pacific Showcase will be open with full market days, bringing a fusion of regional pacific food, artisan products, design, art, live performance and quality produce to the Auckland public and city’s visitors (both national and international).
Pacific Cooperation Foundation CEO Meg Poutasi says the Pacific Showcase is all about making connections.
“The Showcase allows businesses from the Pacific to have the opportunity to connect with consumers, retailers and potential suppliers in New Zealand, one of the region’s most important trading partners,” she says.
“There’s no better place to Showcase than at the Cloud on Auckland’s Waterfront, which is now an iconic venue attracting thousands of visitors from both New Zealand and abroad”.
