Have Your Say On The Future Of Sports In
Northcote
Kaipātiki Local
Board is exploring options to better use the overall
sporting area and the facilities in Northcote now, and in
the future. It is seeking public feedback on how residents
use the area.
Local board chairperson Lindsay Waugh is encouraging residents, sports club members and facility users to have their say on what works for Onewa Domain and A.F. Thomas Park.
“We would love residents to complete our quick online survey to tell us how the facilities are used, how well they work together and what can be improved.
“Using the information, we will put together a strategic development document to shape the vision for the area and help us plan for the future.”
Residents can take a quick survey on the Auckland Council website; feedback will contribute to a strategic development document for Northcote’s sports facilities and help the local board provide suitable sports facilities into the future.
