Come and see the future: Our Energy Future EXPO 17 and 18 May 2013

The Our Energy Future EXPO organised by Christchurch Agency for Energy (CAfE) promises lots of surprises and the possibility to learn a lot about electric vehicles and, solar technology AND possibly win a bicycle. The draw on Saturday afternoon will be at 4 pm.

The Energy Future Expo organised partnership with the Association for the Promotion of Electric Vehicles (APEV) and Solar Cities has a range of exhibitors showing energy efficient products and services to the residents and business owners of Christchurch.

Merv Altments, CAfE CEO says “we're expecting a good turnout for the first Energy Future Expo. The time to adopt better energy practice is now as buildings and the city is rebuilt. There is something for residents who are building or thinking of building and for businesses.

"The Our Energy Future Expo showcases the energy efficient choices that can be made in our homes, within our businesses and to our modes of transport now and into the future. It’s free to attend and we’re holding the Expo on Friday 17 and Saturday 18 May at Christchurch’s newest event space, The Events Hall at The Air Force Museum in Wigram. People can come and look at the exhibits and hear first hand from experts in the speaking programme we have.”
