Press release re OSPRI
2nd July, 2013-07
Farmers Against Ten Eighty wish to congratulate the Animal Health Board, Tb Free NZ and Nait on their new structure.
We look forward to a more approachable, up-to date and science based education and testing from OSPRI.
Farmers Against Ten Eighty are a New Zealand wide group of progressive farmers, protecting the environment without the use of blanket pesticides, rather encouraging trapping and cyanide in bait stations. We believe the bovine Tb problem can easily be solved and favour PCR (DNA) testing and farmer education including, recognising susceptible animals and removing them. We encourage tighter movement controls of livestock and better feeding.
