For Immediate Release:  Monday 8 July 2013

Through the guidance of Beervana’s Culinary Director, Martin Bosley, attendees at 2013 Beervana will be treated to food created by some of the capital’s top chefs to enjoy with the country’s best craft beers and ciders.

“By bringing Wellington's finest restaurants together to present the food at Beervana we are offering the opportunity for attendees to enjoy both complementary and contrasting food and craft beer pairing experiences,” says Martin Bosley.  “This year's line-up showcases just how much craft beers have been embraced by the capital's finest eateries.”

Amongst the line-up is Logan Brown whose offering includes wine barrel smoked venison burgers with beetroot relish, and tuatua sliders with habanero aioli.  Boulcott St Bistro will have cider glazed pork belly and slaw rolls, smoked fish and mussel pies, and apple and stout turnovers on its menu. And Martin Bosley’s will be offering freshly shucked oysters, croque monsieur, steamed hoisin pork buns, and fruit cake with cheddar.
